Thermomaker is an independent tool, not affiliated with Vorwerk, Thermomix® or Cookidoo®. This page explains, plainly, what we collect and what we do with it. Questions: hello@thermomaker.app.

What we store

  • Your account email (so you can sign in).
  • The recipes you bring in — the source (URL, pasted text, photo or PDF) and the converted Thermomix version, saved to your library.
  • If you connect Cookidoo: your Cookidoo email, and a session token we obtain to push recipes on your behalf.
  • Basic, non-identifying usage logs to keep the service running. We never log your passwords or recipe contents in plain logs.

Your Cookidoo password

Cookidoo has no official API, so to push recipes we sign in on your behalf. Your Cookidoo password is used once, at the moment you link your account, to obtain a session — it is not stored in our database. You link at your own risk; see the Terms.

Where your data lives + who processes it

Your account and recipes are stored in Supabase (EU region). To do its job, Thermomaker sends recipe content to a small set of processors:

  • Google Gemini — reads/translates/structures the recipe text.
  • USDA FoodData Central — ingredient nutrition lookups.
  • Tavily — web search for the chat feature.
  • Vercel + Modal — hosting the app and the conversion worker.
  • Google Analytics — anonymous, aggregate usage analytics (which pages are used), to improve the product.

Your control

Your recipes are yours. You can delete recipes any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and all associated data by emailing the address above. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
